Barry and Roberta have worked extensively within the piano trade for over 36 years. Since 1995 they have offered a complete piano maintenance service centred around their Suffolk based workshop and enjoy helping musicians love their pianos.

Over 700 pianos of all types and sizes have passed through their workshop, many cherished family heirlooms, others professional work tools, but all have enriched the lives of those who play them. In 2020 Barry & Roberta formed Caradine Piano Services to better service the needs of the local piano community and are looking forward to reconnecting with music making at a local level.

With each tuning service appointment we offer a free piano appraisal indicating the condition and the potential of your piano. We want to make booking as easy as possible and offer online booking as well as booking via email, text and phone. We will send you reminders of your booking and tell you if we’re running late.

For larger work our sister company BCPG Ltd offers a complete in house piano restoration and remanufacture service where over 700 pianos have passed through our care.
